Adjustable Fin Box

Introducing the all new Kinetic Infinity Mount System (KIMS®), the adjustable fin box (fins not included) that accepts most rectangular and tab fin bases made with high-strength carbon fiber for surfing da bes kine waves. It is a fully designed solution for surfers of all types and skill levels wherein they can fine tune their surfboard by changing the angles of their chosen fins in many directions, such as inward and outward (or toe in and toe out), as well as adjusting the left and right angles (or camber in and camber out).

This dynamic, fin box, system permits the surfer the chance to try different, fin type, configurations in their surfboard, giving them even more freedom to adjust their fins for best enjoyment during their surf sesh. Users can tune or adjust their fins to the waves using their favorite rectangular and tab-based fins, which changes the way the surfboard rides - an industry first! No more static fin boxes and having to accept only one, fin angle, direction.

This adjustable fin box system is fragile and should be treated with care. Excessive force and impact can easily damage the adjustable systems. Included with this product are four grub or set screws, an Allen wrench, and a fin tab spacer. This product can be used as a fish set up with only two, adjustable, fin boxes or it can be best paired with one KIMS®, nonadjustable, center, fin box to create a thruster set up. Alternatively, users can purchase multiple, KIMS®, nonadjustable, right, left, and center fin boxes to create a quad set up.

Please note: the fin tab spacer must be utilized while using fin tab style bases. The fin tab spacer has a rectangular section at the back of the fin tab space that must be installed in the rear of the fin box near the tail of your surfboard. Rectangular style fin bases do not need the fin tab spacer. All grub or set screws must be securely fastened into the fins with the Allen wrench or a 3/32 fin key for all fin types. If the grub screws or set screws are not securely fastened before use, the fins will fall out.  Due to manufacturing processes, tool marks, blemishes, scratches, and other markings will be found on all KIMS® products.
