Due to limited supply and high demand, wait times for products may occur. Please be patient with your order as we are a small company who makes and sells our products here in America in small batches. Use of any KIMS® product and/or service is at your own risk. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller from and against any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) brought by a third party arising out of or resulting from the use, operation, or modification of KIMS® products. All KIMS® products and services are "As is;" and the seller makes no warranties, expressed or implied, to the buyer and/or to any third party regarding its performance. In no event shall KIMS®, or any of KIMS® employees, be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from third-party claims. Seller (KIMS® or any KIMS® employees) are not responsible for any damages to third parties resulting from modifications made to any and all KIMS® products by a buyer or a third party. All sales are final.

KIMS®, or employees of KIMS®, are not responsible for any damages and/or harm resulting from using KIMS® product(s) and/or information from this website. Use of any KIMS® product(s) is at your own risk. We are not responsible for improperly installed fin boxes, fin tab spacers, and/or screws. Improperly installed fin boxes; fin tab spacers; and/or screws may result in property damage; environmental damage; severe, personal harm; and/or death. In any event of product misuse, KIMS® is not responsible for harm of any kind. By purchasing any KIMS® product or service, you release KIMS® and KIMS® employees from any and all liability.

KIMS® products should be installed by a professional, surfboard shaper; surfboard repair shop; or other qualified, surfboard manufacturer. We are not responsible for third-party installation error or omissions.KIMS®, or the employees of KIMS®, has no contractual relationship with, nor obligation to, any contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or other third parties hired by you, the buyer. KIMS®, or the employees of KIMS®, shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by acts or omissions of any third party or subcontractor hired by you, the buyer.
